This phone is by far the nicest ooma voip phone I have used. The screen is full color and a touchscreen. I definitely recommend wiring them up using Catt 6 cable with a Power over eithernet switch.. It powers the phone and provides your internet connection and is nicer cable management with 1 cord vers 2 cords coming out of it.. The phone shipped out pretty fast. The seller did not send the power adapters that the ad says it comes with until I requested them. I bought 2 of these phones. It took about 1 hour on the phone with ooma support for them to remotely access the phone to re-provision it. After all that was said and done I'm happy with the seller and the product. I plan on ordering another phone of this model. This time I will be prepared to sit with ooma on boarding for a significant amount of time.
