I needed lighter fins to travel. Also, ones with a bungee heel fin straps. I got tired of fighting with clip ins on the trail line. These fins are nice! Nice pocket. Love the easy slip off Bungee heel straps I wear with above the ankle dive boots. I chose blue for shark diving. Happy with the purchase.These are very light and I was very fast under the water. One strap did break before even using. Replaced with no problem by buying one. I didn’t bother attempting customer service. I do recommend these, I’ve only used them on 4 dives at this timeFit is extremely loose when ordering the 'correct' size. More specifically the strap is too loose if I insert my foot all the way with booties. I do have not very 'tall' feet. I fixed this by pulling the rubber strap further into the pull tab and wrapping the entire thing with paracord to hold it in place. This caused it to hold just tight enough without having to return them for a smaller size.I use them currently with a 3mm bootie, if I switch to a 5mm or 7mm this may change. (Colorado has cold water)I have now gotten to try these fins a couple of times and have nothing negative to say about them. They feel great, they look great, and they work great. I have had no issues with them and would gladly recommend them.Received these today. UPS had basically destroyed the box but fins were I damaged. They seem to be on the large size. I got the red/blk set. They are definitely a very beautiful fin. Upon examination I found that they are made in China NOT Italy. The only concern I have at this point is that the foot packet has the harder plastic instead of the softer rubber. The blades are hard plastic as well. Any part that is not black is the very hard plastic, just so you know. The foot strap seems to be very well made. I have a pair of the original APOLLO split find and they absolutely awesome. I am a rescue swimmer in Texas and I wanted the red for higher visibility. After I try them out I will update my opinion of these.Took a little getting use to as the fins are really long. After a few days on a scuba trip, got used to them, good maneuverability and power.Absolutely love these fins. Super light weight and work really well. The only downfall is that they are white and I travel a lot. They have slowly acquired black scuffs along the way.Beware, it’s only 1 fin. I would have thought these are sold as a pair.
